Dobra vijest je da <strong>ne mora\u0161 imati suho odijelo<\/strong> da bi ronio zimi. Uz malo pametne pripreme i nekoliko trikova, mokro odijelo mo\u017ee biti sasvim dovoljno \u2014 barem za kra\u0107e i kontrolirane zarone.<\/p>\n<p>U nastavku su provjereni savjeti kako hladno ronjenje u\u010diniti ugodnijim, sigurnijim i zanimljivijim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Kako \u201cpoja\u010dati\u201d mokro odijelo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mokro odijelo grije tako da zadr\u017eava tanak sloj vode uz tijelo. Ti tu vodu zagrije\u0161, a odijelo usporava njeno strujanje i gubitak topline. Cilj je: <strong>\u0161to manje izmjene hladne vode, \u0161to vi\u0161e stabilnog sloja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trik #1: dodatni sloj ispod odijela<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Obuci <strong>majicu, tajice ili tanki termo sloj<\/strong> ispod neoprena (lycra, thin neoprene, termo rublje).<br \/>\nTo ti daje dodatnu izolaciju i poma\u017ee da se voda uz tijelo manje kre\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Ruke: najbr\u017ee se hlade<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trik #2: lateks rukavice ispod neoprena<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ispod neopren rukavica stavi <strong>tanke lateks\/nitril rukavice<\/strong> (poput \u201cdoktorskih\u201d).<br \/>\nOne smanjuju ispiranje hladnom vodom i \u010desto odgode osje\u0107aj \u201cuko\u010denih prstiju\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Stopala: \u010darape su obavezne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trik #3: neoprenske \u010darape koje dobro \u201csjednu\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ako roni\u0161 s \u010dizmicama, nabavi <strong>neoprenske \u010darape<\/strong>. Debljina je manje va\u017ena od fit-a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>trebaju biti <strong>\u0161to u\u017ee uz nogu<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>ali <strong>bez stezanja<\/strong> (da ne smanjuju cirkulaciju),<\/li>\n<li>cilj je opet napraviti onaj stabilni sloj vode koji se brzo zagrije.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4) Termosica: mali trik koji pravi veliku razliku<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trik #4: topla voda u odijelo prije ulaska<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Termosica s toplom vodom<\/strong> je najbolji prijatelj zimskog ronjenja.<br \/>\nPrije ulaska u more ulij malo tople vode u odijelo (ili odmah nakon ulaska, dok si na povr\u0161ini). Time sprje\u010dava\u0161 onaj najgori trenutak kad hladna voda \u201cproleti\u201d kroz odijelo i izvu\u010de ti volju za \u017eivotom.<\/p>\n<p>Bonus: ovo ti \u010desto produ\u017ei zaron <strong>jo\u0161 10-ak minuta<\/strong> (nekad i vi\u0161e), jer sporije ulazi\u0161 u fazu pothla\u0111ivanja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Roni dok ti je ugodno \u2013 drhtanje je znak za izlazak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Najva\u017enije pravilo: <strong>roni samo dok ti nije hladno<\/strong>. \u201cHladno\u201d je subjektivno i treba ga po\u0161tivati.<\/p>\n<p>Ako krene\u0161 <strong>drhtati<\/strong>, to zna\u010di da tijelo tro\u0161i ogromnu energiju na grijanje (drhtanje je mi\u0161i\u0107ni rad), pa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tro\u0161i\u0161 vi\u0161e zraka,<\/li>\n<li>gubi\u0161 snagu,<\/li>\n<li>smanjuje\u0161 sigurnost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>U praksi: <strong>kad drhtanje po\u010dne, ti si ve\u0107 trebao biti vani.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Posebno je va\u017eno ako roni\u0161 s broda i izlazak je te\u017eak. U najgorem slu\u010daju mo\u017ee se dogoditi da nema\u0161 dovoljno snage za siguran ulazak u brod \u2014 zato ovo shvati ozbiljno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6) Regulatori i hladna voda (ispod 10 \u00b0C)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ako roni\u0161 u temperaturama <strong>ispod 10 \u00b0C<\/strong>, obrati pa\u017enju na regulator:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>za hladnu vodu se koriste regulatori <strong>zatvorenog\/\u201csealed\u201d sustava<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>kvalitetniji modeli bolje podnose uvjete i imaju manji rizik smrzavanja,<\/li>\n<li>ostali regulatori u hladnom mogu \u201czalediti\u201d (freeflow \/ smrzavanje prvog stupnja).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Na zahtjevnijim hladnim zaronima \u010desto se nose <strong>dva odvojena prva stupnja<\/strong>, ali za rekreativno ronjenje u hladnoj vodi mo\u017ee biti dovoljno i <strong>jedan regulator<\/strong> koji je deklariran za uvjete ispod 10 \u00b0C \u2014 uz pametno planiranje i oprez.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7) Ne hladi opremu prije ronjenja (posebno boce i prvi stupanj)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ako je vani jako hladno (pogotovo ispod nule), pazi gdje su boce prije ronjenja.<br \/>\nAko ih ostavi\u0161 preko no\u0107i u autu, zrak u bocama i metal mogu biti \u201cispod nule\u201d, \u0161to mo\u017ee <strong>potaknuti smrzavanje regulatora<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bolje rje\u0161enje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>boce i opremu dr\u017ei <strong>u zatvorenom<\/strong> ili \u201cna toplijem\u201d,<\/li>\n<li>donesi ih na lokaciju \u0161to kasnije,<\/li>\n<li>izbjegavaj nepotrebno \u201cpu\u0161tanje\u201d zraka i igranje s regulatorom na hladnom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8) Ronjenje je timski sport<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ne roni sam \u2014 i dr\u017ei se pravila koje svi volimo:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilo tko, u bilo kojem trenutku, iz bilo kojeg razloga mo\u017ee prekinuti ronjenje.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ako ti buddy poka\u017ee da mu je hladno \u2014 zaron je gotov. Bez rasprave, bez nagovaranja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Za kraj: hladno ronjenje ima i onu \u201cterapijsku\u201d stranu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zimsko ronjenje zna djelovati kao reset: nakon dana na toplom, uz manje kretanja, jedan zaron u hladnoj vodi stvarno \u201cprobudi\u201d tijelo. Ali ba\u0161 zato ga treba raditi pametno: <strong>toplina, sigurnost i kontrola su prioritet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ako po\u0161tuje\u0161 ova pravila, dobro \u0107e\u0161 se zabaviti \u2014 i vrlo vjerojatno se zaljubiti u zimske uvjete.<\/p>\n<p>P.S.\u00a0 Uvijek ima onih koji to mogu samo u jednodijelnom mokrom.
