Eco Eco

Eco Eco is actually tied to the "Seahorse Story" project.

To raise awareness of seahorses and their habitat, numerous campaigns have been launched to clean the seabed off the island of Pag at locations where seahorses are usually present.

Most of the cleaning campaigns in Croatia are conducted at larger populated centers, ports in large bays and big cities, so we decided to take the opposite course of action. In order to make residents in small seaside villages aware of the importance of a clean seabed, we carried out several seabed cleaning campaigns called Clean Little Bays. Together with local residents, we cleaned up the bays in small coastal communities, both below the surface and on dry land. When the work was finished, we enjoyed a good barbecue with the locals and exchanged knowledge, experiences and plans.
