About the site
Plančić East is a vertical wall off Pag, the same one dived at Plančić West.
After an easy descent down an anchor line to 16 metres, the undulating wall dotted with holes full of various marine organisms, including sea fans, drops vertically to 39 metres.
Plančić East is the same vertical wall as Plančić West, only the dive is led in the opposite direction. The descent is easy: you go down the anchor line to 16 metres, which gives the group a firm reference, and from there the wall drops vertically to 39 metres. The wall is undulating and dotted with holes full of various marine organisms, sea fans among them. An average dive lasts about 45 minutes.
The site is for Advanced divers with a dive logged within the past three months, and it carries a small surcharge for the distance.
